The Origins of Our Family Business Founded by a family from Antioquia, based in Cali, Colombia, Darita Bakery began its journey in 1989. Despite facing significant economic and family challenges, our parents, along with their two children, held a steadfast conviction to grow and succeed in the long term, driven by a passion to create employment opportunities and support their community. A Dream Realized In 2000, through determination, hard work, and Paisa resilience, our family acquired the project that would fulfill their dreams: Panadería Paola. Modernization and brand expansion efforts aimed to establish a strong presence in Cali. Formalization and Growth In 2009, the project was formally established as DUQUE RAMIREZ SAS, with the opening of additional Paola locations in Cali.
